Nas - Untitled + Bonus Tracks

Here's Nas with his second try to reclaim his impeccable status in the rap game with an untitled album that was set for the title "Nigger" but Def Jam wouldn't release the record under that name. I think thats a good thing because I think Nas is trying to pull a marketing scheme and trying to shock the consumer with his use of the word for the purpose of selling more records. So good work to Def Jam for pulling that shit off for whatever reason you did that even if it was because you were too scared to use that word for an album.

For this album I don't have great expectations because I was let down by Nas on his last two albums personally.Since it literally JUST got leaked like hours ago I didn't have a chance to thoroughly listen to it and review it. If you care to give your opinions then do so in the comments section, good or bad or even crazy comments are all welcome this is an open community.

I think your right, Nasty Nas was tryin' to draw more contreversy for his album, than draw more attention to racism in the USA.

yea he pulled the same shit with "Hip Hop Is Dead" and trust me hip hop never died. all that was was a gimmick or a marketing scheme made by nas and the record company trying to create buzz on nas's lost talent that is apparent. Same shit different year don't fall for the traps and open your eyes people.

I have come to the conclusion that Nas should just release acapellas every year instead of full length LPs. I think he's still got the lyrics, but he seems to not be able to pick a beat to save his life. Hopefully after the acapellas drop for this LP, some DJs will show us how dope it could have been.

Another typically poor album from Nasty Nas who still cant make anything even remotely as good as Illmatic. Good ideas, Good lyrics, good format, crap beats. However, ironically the only half decent track has a sample of 2Pac on it. Anybody who knows hip hop knows not to fall for the gimmicks. Still waiting for that Canibus joints.

taint MAJOR PROPS to you for the comment regarding the N**GER album. I know your a fan of that classic Nas just like me but I'm not falling for the packaged controversy either. I've never downloaded a nas reatail joint in my life but he's not getting any money from me for this joint. peace.
